My Favorite Michael Scott Moments

The end of Michael Scott on The Office is drawing nigh. I have prepared my favorite Michael moments from all seven seasons in memoriam. There are other fantastic moments out there and this is by no means all of Michael's best, but these are my fifteen favorite.

15. Season Four - Episode 18 & 19 - "Goodbye Toby"

One of the most joyous occasions for Michael, he really pulled out all the stops for Toby's goodbye party. What Dunder Mifflin party would be complete with out Michael making it all about him?

14. Season Four - Episode One - "Fun Run"

His purging once he cross the finish line later makes this one of Michael's best moments of sheer brilliance.

13. Season Four - Episode Seven & Eight - "Money"

Another moment of sheer brilliance by the genius of our time.

12. Season Three - Episode Twenty - "Safety Training"

Michael thinking outside of the box is very dangerous.

11. Season Five - Episode Nineteen - "Golden Ticket"

One of Michael's many costumes, but probably the best.

10. Season Two - Episode Fifteen - "Boys and Girls"

One of my favorite things about Michael is his destructiveness. He has the ability to cause damage beyond belief if he so chooses.

9. Season Five - Episode Nine - "Frame Toby"

Michael's hatred for Toby is one of the best and longest running jokes on the show. I don't know what the show is going to do without it.

8. Season One - Episode Two - "Diversity Day"

FYI: I think he's saying "googie googie", not "cookie cookie."

This is the episode where you start to think, "This show is really hilarious. What is up with this Michael Scott character?" Some hate him at first, but I think all fans have place in their heart for his inappropriate behavior.

7. Season Three - Episode One - "Gay Witch Hunt"

This is Michael awkwardness at it's best. His inappropriate and awkward responses to situations are going to be very missed for the rest of the series.

6. Season Four - Episode Three & Four - "Dunder Mifflin Infinity"

This is one of the best Michael and Dwight moments if not the best. Michael's rough days are always hilarious.

5. Season Four - Episode Thirteen - "Dinner Party"

"Dinner Party" is probably the best Jan and Michael episode. Getting a peek inside their dysfunctional relationship and Michael's condo was such a treat after the hiatus season four had to take because of the writer's strike. It almost made up for the painful "officeless" months.

4. Season 2 - Episode 2 - "Sexual Harassment"

There are so many good "that's what she said" jokes and most of them come from Michael. As Liz Lemon said recently on 30 Rock, "Steve Carell owns 'that's what she said!' He owns it!"

3. Season Four - Episode One - "Fun Run"

Probably the best season opener, Michael's accident is definitely one of the most classic and memorable moments from the entire series.

2. Season Seven - Episode Nineteen - "Garage Sale"

Maybe it's a little emotional of me being that it only aired a week ago, but this is almost the best Michael Scott moment ever. Not only could he have caused a huge fire, but probably ruined everything in the office to propose to the love of his life. Then announces he's leaving. That's Michael Gary Scott for you.

1. Season Three - Episode Twelve - "The Injury"

Foot. Michael Scott. George Foremann Grill. Nuff said.
